Villa Pinia is a beautiful 70’s beachfront villa with an international style, located near Athens on the shore of Attica with direct access to a tranquil “blue flagged” beach. It’s perfect for a family vacation or a group of 6 to 8 people looking to enjoy the sea and sun. The villa has a stunning panoramic sea view and is conveniently located near downtown Athens where you can explore various museums and historical places of interest. Living here is truly a delightful experience because of its unique location.

Interior

The villa comprises of three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a guest WC. It can accommodate up to eight people, with two in each bedroom and two on Murphy beds. Linens, towels, sea towels, shampoos, and hairdryer are all provided. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, and the terrace accommodates seating for eight people.

Exterior

Villa Pinia is a stylish villa located in a vast garden with stunning sea views and an enchanting fragrance of pine trees and flowers. The 200-year-old pine trees surrounding the house are unique to the Schinias and Skiathos island in Greece.The outdoors spaces offer plenty or relaxing areas with outdoor furniture. The beachfront Athens villa offers direct access to the beach of Schinias.

Whereabouts

The villa is situated only 200 meters away from the Greek national rowing center, which offers a beautiful walking path alongside a river inhabited by rare birds and ducks. The “Natura 2000” law protects the area where the villa is located, reserving it as a place of exceptional beauty.

There are famous beach bars approximately 200-300 meters away from the house, where you can enjoy water skiing, surfing, banana boats, and canoeing.

The house is located in the historic Marathon area, only 5 kilometers away from the Marathon battlefield, tomb, and museum, and the start of the Marathon Run. The Sanctuary of the Egyptian Gods is 6 kilometers away, and the Ramnous archaeological site, where you can find the statue of Nemesis, is 12 kilometers away.

The center of Athens, including the Acropolis, Parthenon, and Plaka, is only 38 kilometers away, making it a convenient and must-visit destination.

Rafina port is 25 kilometers away, providing the opportunity to organize daily or 2 to 3-day cruises to the Cyclades islands (Mykonos, Andros, Tinos, Santorini) or the island of Evia.

Important Notes

  • We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
    • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
    • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
  • Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement; as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
  • The Villa has been refurbished with care utilising the finest materials. Because of the unique nature of the Villa and its contents, we expect you to respect it accordingly. Thus, notify the owner if any damage occurs. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, any additional charges will be claimed.
  • A range of services can also be arranged on request: daily cleaning and cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
