Villa Agastri is a superb 8-bedroom secluded holiday delight, artfully constructed, elegantly interior designed & fully equipped complete with all modern amenities, on the majestic Greek island of Mykonos. It is located close to a tranquil beach; it boasts fantastic views of the Aegean Sea and the bay below from its large 10m x 4.5m heated infinity pool. Its many stylish outdoor and indoor sitting areas also boast fantastic views over the rocky shores merging with the sea and the bay on the horizon. Outdoors you will find everything you will ever need: plenty of sofas, bean bags, reclining chairs, sun loungers and coffee tables by the pool and beyond, as well as a fully shaded large dining area for those special gatherings to remember.

Villa Agastri can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, hence making it a great choice for families and/or large groups of friends alike. In essence, this is a secluded and authentic contemporary Greek holiday villa in Mykonos where we have meticulously thought through every small detail.

You will certainly feel spoilt for choice when it comes to picking one of its many outdoor areas to unwind & relax, enjoy the sun or the shade with a glass of champagne, some wine or cocktails, take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool that boasts its own outdoor bar and views that are bound to charm and rejuvenate you, or enjoy your breakfast or any meal at the al fresco dining area which comes with its own outdoor bbq! All in all a prime choice that fuses quality, style and finesse; on a Greek island so internationally adored, that it barely requires any further introductions.

Interior

Villa Agastri is essentially split over three levels.  All rooms are en-suite, and adhere to a modern design which ensures comfort, utility and elegance.

The ground level includes three spacious and luminous independent guest rooms, in essence 3 double bedrooms each with their own separate entrance and en-suite bathrooms. Two of these double bedrooms could also conveniently accommodate a family due to the presence of one extra twin bed in each.

At pool level, and in the main building, you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, an open plan living & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with its own secondary pantry/kitchen, and an al fresco dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. All of the above boast direct access to the lovely pool terrace.

The upper level boasts a completely private double bedroom offering superb sea and bay views, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor terrace/veranda.

A separate building serves as an independent Guest House and includes the children’s room complete with four bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom, some toys and a foosball table, one master bedroom complete with its own sitting area and en-suite bathroom, and a twin room which also has its own en-suite bathroom. The latter can also serve as quite convenient for nannies, should that be applicable.

Exterior

The outdoor spaces of Villa Agastri are varied and numerous; so that you will always enjoy plenty of choice when contemplating how and where you wish to spend your time outdoors. Various outdoor terraces are available, providing guests with splendid views of the Aegean Sea, the bay below and the rocky shores dipping into the sea. The villa offers plenty of comfort, as well as full privacy.

A plentitude of outdoor furniture is available across the villa’s various outdoor sitting areas around the pool, patio and garden, including several sun-loungers and reclining chairs, super-comfortable ‘beanbag’-style sofas, coffee tables and built-in sofas and more, all with plenty of comfy cushions for your absolute convenience & pleasure.

The large and very welcoming dining table, able to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, is fully shaded & covered by a pergola and offers the same breathtaking views of the rocky shores, the bay and the blue horizon.

Guests can also utilize taxis, but they may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Mykonos.

  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). As required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system, guests must sign a short-term rental agreement. We will not allow guests to check in if they do not satisfy this requirement.
• The owners constructed this accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design using the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. If the deposit held does not cover them, we will claim additional charges.
