Villa Ammos can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is located literally a few minutes’ walk away from the impressive Ftelia Bay, home to the secluded and remarkably wonderful Ftelia beach, two world-renowned private beach clubs and three restaurants, all of which will be at your doorstep to enjoy.

This very special location is in fact a hidden gem reserved mostly for those in the know, wishing to experience this other, very authentic and refreshing, side of the island of Mykonos. Interior

Villa Ammos unfolds over a comfortable 155sqm. split across two levels. On the Ground Level there is an ergonomically designed open-plan kitchen fully equipped with high-end built-in appliances and all modern amenities, a living & dining room, and 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Please note that this bathroom is also wheelchair accessible, with toilet and shower support rails. The master bedroom offers superb sea and mountain views, as well as direct access to the beachside space! A WC is also present on the ground level, as well as a very convenient indoor gym. If working out indoors is more to your liking, you will enjoy a variety of fitness equipment and exercise options here.

On the Upper Level there is 1 more master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, sea and mountain views and direct access to the upper level terrace, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, sea and mountain views, and direct access to the  upper level terrace, and 1 more bedroom with a queen size bed, mountain views and direct access to the mountainside space, as well as one bathroom.

Inside, the spacious and very elegant open-plan living room is adorned with hand-picked and fully custom-made items and furniture, as well as an impressive wall sculpture. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow ample sunlight in, while also highlight the breathtaking beachfront, coast and the charming natural environment surrounding the villa.

All 4 bedrooms offer unobstructed and very impressive panoramic Aegean Sea or mountain views and have direct access to the pool, the upper level terraces and the patio. One master bedroom features the en-suite bathroom accessible by wheelchair with toilet and shower support rails mentioned earlier, while the other boasts a bathtub in a strategic position: right by the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with the fantastic views over the sea and mountain, making this another superb spot for you to relax, unwind and recharge.

Villa Ammos also offers you a pleasant abundance of technological features and perks. The living room features an impressive home theatre with an HD projector, a Bluetooth Blue-Ray media player, as well as Apple TV, which allows you to seamlessly stream content from any device. The same technological powerhouse can be found in the upper level master bedroom! The lighting of the villa has also been meticulously studied and designed, so as to allow you to create different vibes and moods through the use of architecturally-placed LED lighting options throughout the villa.

Exterior

The outdoor spaces of Villa Ammos are as impressive as its interior. Also boasting a private parking area and spread over two levels across a private land plot of one acre in size at only about 150m from the beach, they offer wonderful unobstructed sea and mountain views.

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Mykonos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Mykonos.

  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
