The elegantly designed and newly-built 5-bedroom beachfront holiday Villa Iole is located on the island of Paros, in the heart of the Cyclades islands complex, and has been designed by ISV Architects. It sits on a large 8,500 sqm mildly landscaped plot, and boasts direct access to the sea, as well as spectacular views across the Aegean Sea and the island of Antiparos from most of its interior and exterior areas, including the pool and outdoor lounge areas and all five of its bedrooms.

The villa consists of two separate entities, a 285sqm building, and an 80sqm separate guesthouse. The main part of Villa Iole includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spectacular sea views, and a large 70sqm living room opening to the 185sqm pool deck, right by the impressive 80sqm infinity granite clad pool.

The guesthouse includes two fully independent guest bedrooms sharing a kitchenette, as well as a separate covered deck offering sea views while also providing guests with the much sough-after privacy one often seeks to enjoy during their holiday time. The outdoor spaces of the villa are simply ideal for lounging and dining, while enjoying the pool and the unobstructed views. All rooms include a TV, with both Apple TV and Satellite TV available.

Interior

The ground level is an overall 350sqm in size and includes the main part of the villa, a total of 270sqm consisting of 3 double bedrooms with Superking size beds, en-suite bathrooms and direct sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with storage room, a dining area and a large living room.

The 80sqm independent guest house includes 2 double bedrooms, each with Superking beds, en‐suite bathrooms and direct sea views, as well as a kitchenette and a terrace.

The lower level includes 1 staff room with a single bed, and a bathroom.

All rooms include a TV, with both Apple TV and Satellite TV available. Other amenities include an automated KNX system, A/C, a Sonos Music System available both indoors & outdoors, Wi‐Fi reception, a backup electricity generator & water reservoirs, as well as an alarm system.

Exterior

Villa Iole sits on a 8,500 sqm, fully landscaped plot with four parking spaces for your convenience, and boasts direct access to the seafront, as well as spectacular views across the Aegean Sea from its exterior areas.

The villa features a 185sqm pool deck, right by the impressive 80sqm infinity granite clad pool, as well as a separate covered deck offering sea views while also providing privacy to guests. Outdoor spaces include a lounge area, a dining area, a bar, and a BBQ. Eight large and very comfortable sunloungers are also available, some right by the pool and a couple more in the lounge area above, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Iole are simply ideal for lounging and dining, sipping a cocktail or a glass of wine while fully enjoying the pool and the unobstructed views.

Whereabouts

Paros is a rare gem among the Cyclades islands. Its vast historical significance, its multi-layered cultural heritage, its astonishing and internationally revered beauty and the vast number of superb beaches it offers along with its renowned and vibrant nightlife and impeccable gastronomy make it one of the most visited islands in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The actual location of the beachfront Villa Iole is conveniently positioned fairly close to the International Airport of Paros, and offers access to a number of pristine, less crowded beaches on this side of the island, as well as several smaller, traditional villages. It is also not too far in case you want to visit, but far enough from the busy Parikia Port, as well as fairly close to the area of Punda, where you could catch one of the regular ferries crossing over to the charming smaller island of Antiparos in less than 10 minutes.

Paros is actually one of the most central and inter-connected islands of the Cyclades islands complex. This creates the perfect opportunity for those who want to explore other islands in the Cyclades. Not far, in fact only a short boat ride away, are many other fabulous choices worth visiting, including Naxos, Mykonos, and Santorini, to name but a few. Do not forget to ask us about the lesser known choices! They above can also be easily visited and explored by yacht, speedboat and/or sailing boat.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Paros to its fullest potential.
Though taxis may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season, you can also utilize them. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Paros.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The construction of this accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design utilizes the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. If the deposit held does not cover these, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
