The elegantly designed and newly-built exclusive luxury holiday villa Olivia is located on the island of Paros, in the heart of the Cyclades islands complex, and has been designed by the renowned architect John Pawson. It boasts 4 cleverly designed, independent bedrooms. It sits on a 4,600 sqm, fully landscaped plot, and boasts direct access to the seafront, as well as spectacular views across the Aegean Sea and the island of Antiparos from most of its interior and exterior areas, including the pool and outdoor lounge areas, three of its bedrooms, as well as the living room.

The villa spreads over four independent geometric volumes, which optimize the unobstructed sea views. Each volume is inter-spaced by a variety of open and shaded areas. Villa Olivia features an expansive outdoor area with a large 80sqm granite clad pool, alongside a shaded area between the kitchen and the dining rooms. The outdoor spaces of the villa are simply ideal for lounging and dining, while enjoying the pool and the unobstructed views. All rooms include a TV, with both Apple TV and Satellite TV available. All four bedrooms include their own en-suite bathroom.

Interior

The ground level is 250sqm in size and includes 3 Independent double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering direct sea views, 1 independent double room with an en-suite bathroom, an independent fully equipped open space kitchen & dining area with direct sea views, an independent living room with direct sea views, and a guest WC with shower.

The lower level includes 1 staff room with 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room.

All rooms include a TV, with both Apple TV and Satellite TV available. Other amenities include an automated KNX system, A/C, a Sonos Music System available both indoors & outdoors, Wi‐Fi reception, a backup electricity generator & water reservoirs, as well as an alarm system.

Exterior

The exclusive and luxury Villa Olivia sits on a 4,600 sqm, fully landscaped plot in Paros with three parking spaces for your convenience, and boasts direct access to the seafront, as well as spectacular views across the Aegean Sea from its exterior areas.

The villa features an expansive outdoor area with a large 80sqm granite clad pool. The pool is in fact positioned alongside a shaded area between the kitchen and the dining rooms. That conveniently shaded space includes an outdoor dining area, and a lounge area.

Sunloungers are also available, some right by the pool and some more in the other outdoor areas. The outdoor spaces of Villa Olivia are simply ideal for lounging and dining, sipping a cocktail or a glass of wine while fully enjoying the pool and the unobstructed views. The feature of the independence offered across its interior and exterior areas is another added bonus offered by this comfortably elegant and meticulously designed property.

Whereabouts

Paros is a rare gem among the Cyclades islands. Its vast historical significance, its multi-layered cultural heritage, its astonishing and internationally revered beauty and the vast number of superb beaches it offers along with its renowned and vibrant nightlife and impeccable gastronomy make it one of the most visited islands in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The actual location of the exclusive Villa Olivia is conveniently positioned fairly close to the International Airport of Paros, and offers access to a number of pristine, less crowded beaches on this side of the island, as well as several smaller, traditional villages. It is also not too far in case you want to visit, but far enough from the busy Parikia Port, as well as fairly close to the area of Punda, where you could catch one of the regular ferries crossing over to the charming smaller island of Antiparos in less than 10 minutes.

Paros is actually one of the most central and inter-connected islands of the Cyclades islands complex. This creates the perfect opportunity for those who want to explore other islands in the Cyclades. Not far, in fact only a short boat ride away, are many other fabulous choices worth visiting, including Naxos, Mykonos, and Santorini, to name but a few. Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Paros to its fullest potential.
Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Paros.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
