Villa Zephyr is a compact, yet very charmingly comfortable 48sq.m. accommodation in Zante. It has been designed by the world famous architect T. Zeppos, a respected figure known for his immaculate progressive designs and his original outlook regarding his work.

This superb one-bedroom villa is perched on a hilltop in Zante and is part of a complex of 3 aesthetically similar housing accommodations within the same property. Villa Zephyr boasts lovely views over Ionian Sea from the living room, the bedroom, the veranda, and the pool.

Interior

Villa Zephyr is a successful combination of elegance, comfort and design, in a compact setting. Natural elements and textures have been utilised accordingly to produce a result that is perfect for chillaxing and spending the ideal carefree holiday in Zante. Enjoying this lovely holiday home, complete with all modern amenities, while still taking in the local colour and charming landscape of the area.

A ‘centerpiece’ or central characterising feature of Villa Zephyr is its natural light, which emerges vibrantly through the large windows that this accommodation boasts.

The living room boasts a comfortable built-in sofa with plenty of cushions for your full convenience. Villa Zephyr has an open plan kitchen, with adequate appliances and kitchenware to make tea, coffee or some snacks. The bedroom is located within the same area, raised a few steps to make the most out of this open plan living arrangement. It features a double bed and boasts eco-friendly Coco-Mat furnishings & mattresses.

Exterior

Outside on the villa patio, which is your own special veranda complete with its own pool and sitting area, you will enjoy spectacular views over the area of Agios Nikolaos in Zante and the Ionian Sea merging with the sky beyond. A pergola will ensure that you remain cool and protected from the summer heat, should you wish to, and the pool will provide the ideal space for a glass of wine, cocktails or any cool refreshments while enjoying the superb views.

Whereabouts

Zante is one of the most exotic Greek Islands, boasting turquoise waters, sandy beaches and amazing natural landscapes.

By exploring the island of Zakynthos you will come across picturesque hilltop villages, traditional monasteries, and quaint natural landscapes while some of the island’s sandy beaches are also home to the endangered Caretta-Caretta species of sea turtles.

For those interested in a more historic aspect, Zakynthos Island will not disappoint you. Strongly influenced by the Venetians, who called the island “Flower of the East” (Fiore di Levante) you will have the opportunity to visit the Venetian Castle, Saint Mark Square and the Post Byzantine Museum in the Town of Zante among other spectacular sightseeing sites.

Villa Zephyr is located on a hill, overlooking the Ionian Archipelagos, just above the famous Agios Nikolaos Beach in Zante. From the port of Agios Nikolaos you can also take boat rides to the world renowned ‘Shipwreck beach’ (Navagio Beach) as well as to Pesada on the island of Cefalonia.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of the house, its large verandas and pool, during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort and privacy, at any time.

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Zante to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Zakynthos.

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
