Interior

Fusing natural elements and textures with a modern minimal design, the villas have been decorated utilising soft earth tones and shades of grey along with wooden elements and finishings. Fully equipped and offering all modern amenities, these contemporary villas will leave you spoilt for choice and comfort, while still successfully paying tribute to the local colours and the naturally charming landscape of the area.

A ‘centerpiece’, or special feature if you like, in the Zeus villas Complex in Zakynthos is the natural light that illuminates all areas of the villa through the large windows in all interior spaces of the villas.

All living rooms boast comfortable sofas with plenty of cushions for your full convenience, and large wooden dining tables. The open plan kitchens have adequate appliances and kitchenware to make tea, coffee, a meal or some snacks. All bedrooms feature a double bed and boast eco-friendly Coco-Mat furnishings & mattresses.

Exterior

Outside on the patio of each villa, complete with their own pool and sitting area, you will enjoy spectacular views over the area of Agios Nikolaos and the Ionian Sea merging with the sky beyond. A pergola will ensure that you remain cool and protected from the summer heat, should you wish to, and the pools will provide the ideal space for a glass of wine, cocktails or any cool refreshments while enjoying the superb views.

Whereabouts

Zakynthos is one of the most exotic Greek Islands, boasting turquoise waters, sandy beaches and amazing natural landscapes.

By exploring the island of Zakynthos you will come across picturesque hilltop villages, traditional monasteries, and naturally quaint landscapes while some of the island’s beaches are also home to the endangered Caretta-Caretta species of sea turtles.

For those interested in a more historic aspect, Zakynthos Island will not disappoint you. Strongly influenced by the Venetians, who called the island “Flower of the East” (Fiore di Levante) you will have the opportunity to visit the Venetian Castle, Saint Mark Squar and the Post Byzantine Museum in the Town of Zante, amongst other architectural and historical sightseeing gems.

The Zeus villas complex is located on a hill, overlooking the Ionian Archipelagos, just above the famous Agios Nikolaos Beach in Zakynthos. From the port of Agios Nikolaos you can also take boat rides to the world renowned ‘Shipwreck beach’ (Navagio Beach), as well as to Pesada, in Cefalonia.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of the villas, their large verandas and pools, during their stay in Zakynthos.

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Zakynthos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Zakynthos.

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
