Villa Artemis is a recently-built and stylishly interior designed 2-bedroom villa. The villa is close to the famous ‘Punda’ Beach in Paros and all that it offers. It can accommodate up to 5 people for a fantastic holiday experience.

The villa boasts superb direct views towards the sea and the island of Naxos from both indoor and outdoor spaces. It offers all modern amenities plus a garden with a private swimming pool and plenty of sitting areas, as well as limited use of a Jacuzzi.

Villa Artemis is the perfect getaway to indulge in some seriously chilled Cycladic summer living.

Interior

Tastefully designed Villa Artemis combines comfortable living with the fusion of modern yet also traditional local elements. The aim was to create a peaceful indoor space which blends serenely with the unique Cycladic landscape that defines Paros. Especially the colours of the earth, the rocks, the sky, and the sea.

The living room includes a large sofa-bed which can also serve as an extra bed for a 5th guest. It also includes a coffee table, a 40” flat-screen TV and a small stereo.  An open plan kitchen and a large dining area are offered. The first bedroom includes a double bed and the second bedroom 2 single beds.

Both bedrooms are minimally interior-designed. Soft colours and shades have been utilised to create a simply relaxing atmosphere. Both bedrooms include smaller flat-screen TV’s.

The villa also has one large bathroom with a shower.

Exterior

The outdoor space is equally charming. It includes a large garden, a private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. It also boasts a dining area and plenty of sitting areas to choose from. All face the sea and blue horizon, as well as the island of Naxos.

You could enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, or sip cocktails, a glass of wine and drinks in any of the comfortable sitting areas. That way you can simply make the most of the lovely views towards the sea!

The maintenance of the outdoor areas of Villa Artemis is daily and free of charge. So all you need to do is simply relax and enjoy your time here!

Whereabouts

The area around Villa Artemis is one of the most scenic and colourful areas on the island. The villa is close to the celebrated Punda Beach in Paros, one of the most organised and popular beaches on the island. There you will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

There are also more ‘local’ and peaceful smaller beaches around, so you could enjoy a variety of beach ‘choices’.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of Villa Artemis during their stay. This includes the large patio, the garden and the pool. You can therefore choose to relax indoors in the living room, or on the large outdoor area, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

Villa Artemis is just a few minutes’ walk from the well-known Punda Beach in Paros.

A public bus runs a regular service to Punda Beach from Parikia Port. The itinerary can be provided at request. However, buses can often be infrequent. We recommend that you rent a car for the duration of your stay. This will enable you to experience the diverse beauty permeating the whole island of Paros. That way you can also discover its hideaways, magnificent contradictions and surprises. Taxi drivers and transfer options are available upon request.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
  The use of the Jacuzzi is limited. It will be available for use, free of charge, 1 day throughout a 3day stay. However, the Jacuzzi can be used daily at an extra cost.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design is achieved utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
• Due to the layout of the property Villa Artemis is also available with Villa Elena and Villa Emily as one Villa rental that can accommodate up to 14 people.
