The chance to enjoy the fantastic and authentic Cycladean summer way of living. Villa Elena is a recently-built and superbly interior designed 2-bedroom villa. the Villa is located in the area of ‘Punda’ on the island of Paros.

This Punda Paros villa offers direct views towards the sea and the island of Naxos.  It also boasts its own private swimming pool, and limited use of a Jacuzzi. Villa Elena artfully combines local traditional elements with a minimal modern design.

Up to 6 people can be accommodated in 2 double beds and 2 comfy built single sofa beds in the living room. Its outdoor spaces are abundant in sitting areas, sea views and charm. All outdoor and indoor spaces have been tastefully designed.

The aim was to create the ideal space for summer chillaxing in the heart of the Aegean Sea.

Interior

Villa Elena includes a beautiful large living room complete with a couple of coffee tables, a 40’’ flat-screen TV and 2 single built sofas. These also serve as comfortable beds for extra guests at night.  It also offers lovely views towards the garden and sea, and a dining area for 4 people.

The open plan kitchen offers all modern amenities. This includes a ceramic stove and a large fridge. The design of the bedrooms is minimal, creating a peaceful atmosphere for your summer vacation. They also boast views towards the garden and a smaller flat-screen TV.

The bathroom includes a powerful shower.

Exterior

Villa Elena is totally immersed in the unique surrounding Cycladean landscape. Its outdoor spaces will leave you spoilt for choice. The views towards the sea are breath-taking from the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool area.

You can also enjoy them from most of the abundant sitting areas offered around the house. These include a large dining area with a table that can cater up to 12 people. Another area with lounge chairs is also offered. This is ideal for enjoying your coffee, sipping a cocktail, a glass of wine and drinks throughout the day.

Six beach reclining chairs are spread around the pool. A most beloved space is the shaded hammock area. The ideal space to chill, read a book or just take in the views towards the blue sea and horizon.

The maintenance of the outdoor areas of Villa Elena is daily and free of charge. So all you need to do is simply relax and enjoy your time here!

Whereabouts

The area around Villa Elena is one of the most scenic and colourful areas on the island. The villa is close to the celebrated Punda Beach in Paros, one of the most organised and popular beaches on the island. There you will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

There are also more ‘local’ and peaceful smaller beaches around, so you could enjoy a variety of beach ‘choices’.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of Villa Elena during their stay. This includes the large patio, the garden and the pool. You can therefore choose to relax indoors in the living room, or on the large outdoor area, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

Villa Elena is just a few minutes’ walk from the well-known Punda Beach in Paros.

A public bus runs a regular service to Punda Beach from Parikia Port. The itinerary can be provided at request. However, buses can often be infrequent. We recommend that you rent a car for the duration of your stay. This will enable you to experience the diverse beauty permeating the whole island of Paros. That way you can also discover its hideaways, magnificent contradictions and surprises. Taxi drivers and transfer options are available upon request.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
  The use of the Jacuzzi is limited. It will be available for use, free of charge, 1 day throughout a 3day stay. However, the Jacuzzi can be used daily at an extra cost.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design is achieved utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
• Villa Elena is also available with Villa Artemis and Villa Emily as one Villa rental that can accommodate up to 14 people
