Interiors

• Bedrooms
  1 queen sized bedroom upstairs, plus 1 Queen sized bedroom downstairs and another room with 2 single beds downstairs built into the ancient village stone walls, this blessedly cool ‘cocoon’ will give you the best night’s sleep of your life! With zero noise pollution its perfect for light sleepers, the bedrooms include plenty of space for your clothes and belongings, & a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is also independent access from the street on the bottom level.
• Bathrooms
  Downstairs is a small Cycladic style bathroom with overhead shower stocked with world famous Greek amenities from KORRES, and a hairdryer. Upstairs has a 2nd toilet and a sink.
• Living spaces
  Cook up delicious feasts in the fully equipped cook’s kitchen with electric Cooktop and Oven, Nespresso and Greek coffee makers and all the basic supplies you need to get started. The large open plan living area includes a lovely dining table that seats 6, and a built-in sofa with reading chairs provides more space to relax.
• Extras
  • A washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying racks are also provided.
  • Careful of the environment, the very well insulated house is naturally cool in summer thanks to cross breezes and stone walls rather than energy consuming A/C and we provide filtered drinking water via 12 litre refillable drinking dispensers to reduce plastic consumption on the island.

Exterior

Villa Trias in Triantaros Tinos offers 2 outdoor terraces. At ground level outside your living room is a lovely area to sit in the morning sun and enjoy your breakfast. Upstairs on the rooftop (accessed by 2 short staircases) is a spectacular private terrace with lounge seating, 2 x sunbed chairs, a table and electric string lights. It really is the best way to enjoy the end of the day with a chilled glass of rosé and light meze – you’ll never want to leave!

The charming village of Triandaros has gorgeous views to neighbouring islands of Mykonos (only a 20min ferry ride away!), Syros, and even Naxos on a clear day, and is located with easy access to all of Tinos’ traditional villages and beaches. A quick 15 min drive to the beaches of Lichnaftia, Santa Margarita, to the west, Livada and Kolympithra to the north and Aghios Fokas, and Ioannis Porto, to the south. Enjoy traditional tavernas in Triandaros and at nearby villages Arnados & Dio Choria, less than 1.5 km from the village.

Directions & Getting Arround

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Tinos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Tinos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). A short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.

• The security deposit is handed in cash upon arrival and returned in cash after villa inspection upon departure
• Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed email with
