This beautiful 6-bedroom Koufonisia villa is the sister of Villa Erossa. If need be they can be rented out together as one holiday villa rental offering accommodation for up to 24 guests.

Interiors

Open spaces let the Koufonisia landscape flow into the villa interior, which features a joyful blend of traditional and contemporary elements.

The palette is playful, with the dominating earth tones highlighted by vivid splashes of color. The living room is airy and bright with wooden floors and large windows that let the sunlight in and offer fabulous views of the nearby beach.

The comfortable open plan kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook while chatting with their friends who sit at the adjacent dining area. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, with carefully selected fabrics and funky accessories, a touch of whimsy that creates a loving, homely atmosphere. The lower level has a bright colored lounge and three bedrooms, all equipped with skylights to let the sunlight in.

Exterior

The villa’s close proximity to the beach and the charming natural surroundings make the outdoor lounge area ideal for spending a lazy afternoon with friends and family. The outdoor Jacuzzi invites the guests to cool down from the summer heat and enjoy the magnificent view of the beach and the sea caves of Xylobatis.

The shaded dining area is perfect for having dinner after a long day at the beach.

Important notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor-made Services. Please just ask.
