Villa Aeon is a stylishly exterior and interior designed contemporary holiday accommodation with a large swimming pool, which is spread across two different buildings and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people in Evia. This superb holiday villa is ideal for several couples, groups of friends, or families seeking some time out to relax, unwind and enjoy the island of Evia, or even Athens and the wider Attica region which is less than 45 minutes drive away, in absolute style.  All the interior and the exterior spaces of Villa Aeon are characterised by timeless elegance and offer you comfort and finesse. As it was constructed to also function as a resort, you may also benefit from services not usually offered in most other Greek holiday villa rentals.

The first building, Villa Regina, is spread across a ground level, is located in front of the pool and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The second building includes two independent maisonettes: Casa Marianne that can accommodate up to 9 guests, and Casa Nicole that can accommodate up to 7 guests. Please note that you can also rent out each of these independently.

The large private swimming pool with fantastic views over the sea and garden will be available exclusively for your pleasure. Although Villa Aeon is geographically positioned in the Greek mainland, it belongs to the wider municipality of the island of Evia and is only about 10 minutes away from the island’s capital Chalkida which can be reached by car or by foot, via a bridge.

Accessible from Athens by car in less than 50 minutes, Villa Aeon is a fantastic way to grace yourself with a unique holiday experience in Greece, exploring the unique island of Evia and all it has to offer, while still being close to the capital Athens which can also be very easily and conveniently reached for day trips and for anything else your heart desires.

Interior

Villa Aeon has been stylishly interior designed by taking the outmost care in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Utilising furniture of superior quality, style and design, as well as a combination of marble, earthly textures, and soft tones has graced all living quarters of this villa with a very contemporary tone and a chic vibe.

The first building, that of the independent villa across the pool area, is constructed across one ground level and includes one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom with shower, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen complete with its own dining table and chairs for six people and offering all modern amenities, as well as the stylish and very comfortable living room.

The second building, which includes the two independent maisonettes, is split across three levels. The first maisonette includes four bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two adjacent single beds on the upper level, & two more bedrooms with two adjacent single beds each, on the lower level. There is a sofa bed that is also available on the lower level for one extra guest. Four bathrooms with shower are available in total, two on the upper level and two on the lower level.

At garden level you will find a contemporary fully equipped kitchen, complete with its own table and chairs for five people and offering all modern amenities, as well as the living room, which includes its own fireplace.

The second maisonette includes three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two adjacent single beds on the upper level, & one more bedroom with a queen-size bed on the lower level. There is a sofa bed that is also available on the lower level for one extra guest. Four bathrooms with shower are available in total, two on the upper level and two on the lower level.

At garden level you will find a contemporary fully equipped kitchen, complete with its own table and chairs for five people and offering all modern amenities, as well as the living room, which includes a large dining table for six people, and its own fireplace.

All three independent living spaces that make up Villa Aeon include large and wide windows across all their rooms and spaces, offering you fantastic sea, garden and swimming pool views to fully enjoy during your stay.

Exterior

Villa Aeon is located in a large and immaculately preserved, rich and very impressive 3000sqm. gated Mediterranean garden, which includes several outdoor sitting, relaxing and dining spaces, as well as a large swimming pool and pool area, complete with sunloungers and a very large built-in sofa at the edge of the pool. All of the above will be exclusively available for your own comfort and pleasure.

The first building by the pool includes its own covered and shaded private veranda with a table and chairs, which offers lovely swimming pool views. The outdoor sitting and dining area on the veranda across the pool is an excellent spot to enjoy your meals, your coffee, or perhaps a glass of some fine local wine, drinks or cocktails, while taking in the remarkable views of the sunset.

Each of the two maisonettes boasts its own four private verandas, totalling eight verandas between them. In each maisonette, two of the verandas offer magnificent sea views while the other two offer views of the impressive Mediterranean garden and the swimming pool.

Two superb roof terraces with equally stunning views over the sea and the Evian Gulf are also available for you, one on the top floor of each maisonette, complete with a built-in sofa, a marble table and a kitchenette. Excellent spots to enjoy your meals, your coffee, or perhaps a glass of some fine local wine, drinks or cocktails, while taking in the unobstructed views of the sea, the Evian Gulf and the majestic Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa.

You can also enjoy views of the impressive Mediterranean garden and the stunning views over the sea of the Evian Gulf and the mountain ranges of Evia from most outdoor spaces, the garden & pool area, as they radiate an air of captivating romanticism and are bound to charm and rejuvenate you.

Whereabouts

Although Villa Aeon is geographically positioned in the Greek mainland and you can reach it in less than 50 minutes drive from the capital Athens, it belongs to the wider municipality of the island of Evia. It is conveniently located just five minutes away from the local town of ‘Drosia’  and ten minutes away from from ‘Khalkis’ or ‘Chalkida’, the lively capital of the island of Evia island.

The island of Evia is a superb choice for visitors, as it combines a wonderful and mostly untouched natural environment, gastronomy and local culture, away from mass tourism and busy tiring tourist spots, while also offering quick and easy access from Athens directly by car through a bridge that connects the island to the mainland. Positioned 80km from the capital Athens, and 100km from the International Athens Airport, it can provide a great spot from which you could also visit and enjoy Athens occasionally, without living in the hustle and bustle of a large metropolis.

Evia, the second largest Greek island regarding size and population, is one of the lesser known destinations in Greece. The island of Evia, often also spelled ‘Euboea’, is a superbly wonderful and very special destination. A place that has fortunately managed to escape heavy tourist activity until now, remains unspoilt and available for you to explore and enjoy to the fullest, before it also unavoidably gives in to ‘progress’ as most places of its calibre in terms of splendour and beauty do, at some point.

It is located close to Athens and connected to the Greek mainland by car via a bridge, as well as several separate ferry boat connections departing from a number of small ports in Attica and beyond. It is therefore so much easier to visit than most other Greek islands. We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Evia to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Evia.

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
