The interior spaces of this Antiparos vacation rental spreads over 70sq.m. Upon entering the villa there is an open plan living space that includes a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This room looks out to the private pool and Despotiko island.

Villa Matilda features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom boasts a double bed, whereas the second bedrooms has two single beds. If needed the second bedroom can be set up a a double bed.

Exterior

The outdoor spaces will leave you spoil for choice. The private swimming pool looks out to Despotiko island and the pool deck features sunbeds and loungers. An outdoor dining area is also available.

Whereabouts

Villa Matilda, a vacation rental perched on a hillside in Antiparos, boasts stunning vistas of the tranquil bay of Agios Georgios and the enchanting islands scattered throughout the Aegean Sea. The beach is just a 900m away, and a pleasant 10-minute drive  will bring you to charming cafes and restaurants, including one of the island’s top taverns. A car is highly recommended as the location of the villa is on a steep hill.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). As per current Greek law under the Greek taxation system, you must sign a short-term rental agreement. Guests who do not satisfy this requirement will not be able to check in.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges.If the deposit held does not cover them, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.

Booking Notes

• Upon arrival, you must hand in the security deposit in cash. Upon departure, and after villa inspection, it will be returned to you.
