Villa Anais is a holiday villa is located on the enchanting Agios Georgios bay in Antiparos, offering stunning panoramic views of Despotiko and other islands in the Aegean Sea. It is a perfect accommodation option for couples, families with kids, or groups of friends, as it can comfortably host up to 14 guests.

Interior

A newly built villa spanning 280 square meters over two levels. The upper level consists of 4 bedrooms, while the lower level includes a 60 square meter unit with a full bathroom accessible from both inside the villa and the pool area. This unit is suitable for couples with 2-3 children.

The villa also offers 3 baby cribs for families with infants or toddlers. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa provides cleaning services twice a week, with fresh towels and linens changed once a week. Daily housekeeping can be arranged upon request.

Exterior

This holiday villa in Antiparos features a private 50 square meter pool, multiple outdoor seating areas with traditional Cycladic sofas, and a dining section complete with a large BBQ.

Whereabouts

The holiday Villa Anais is located on a hillside overlooking the serene bay of Agios Georgios in Antiparos and offers breathtaking views of Despotiko and other islands in the Aegean Sea. It is only a two-minute walk from the beach, and a 10-minute stroll along the beachfront leads to cafes and restaurants, including one of the best taverns on the island. The villa’s location is also convenient for beachgoers, with the beaches just 200 meters away and traditional eateries within walking distance.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort and privacy, at any time.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). As per current Greek law under the Greek taxation system, you must sign a short-term rental agreement. Guests who do not satisfy this requirement will not be able to check in.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges.If the deposit held does not cover them, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.

Booking Notes

• Upon arrival, you must hand in the security deposit in cash. Upon departure, and after villa inspection, it will be returned to you.
