Interior

Living Room & Open-plan kitchen

A dining table is located on the side of the seating area and is adjacent to the open plan kitchen. It is ideally perfect for enjoying your breakfast, drinks and any meals while taking in the breathtaking views through the large windows. The seating area includes two sofas that look out onto the infinity pool and the fantastic town and sea views beyond. As a guest you will enjoy a large flat screen TV complete with satellite TV channels, a DVD & a sound system. A staircase will lead you up towards the door of the master bedroom. The entrance to the ground floor bedroom is through an archway and a small separate reception lobby. That can be locked, isolating the two areas and affording total privacy to guests!

A fully equipped locally handcrafted wooden kitchen, with dark slate flooring is to the rear of the open plan seating area. Boasting all the usual facilities you would expect, complete with a full oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, and espresso machine. There is also a full selection of cooking utensils and crockery. A separate laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a separate tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board are situated behind the kitchen through another outside entrance.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house also boasts very impressive views over the infinity pool and the blue horizon beyond. Its own private balcony is an ideal space to fully enjoy the colourful sunrise, whilst having breakfast. A king-size bed with soft sheer drapes adds to the charm of this warm and inviting space. A dressing table, a comfortable day chair and large fitted wardrobes compliment and add to its utilities.

The en-suite bathroom has two sinks and a shower in a separate cubicle with mood lighting for you to enjoy. Bath robes, towels, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer are all also provided during your stay! All bedrooms boast their own air-conditioning should you wish to cool off the effect of warmer summer days.

Ground Floor Bedroom

The spacious ground floor bedroom in the main house is a charming room with a contemporary theme. It has been described as fusing contemporary style & a traditional look, boasting a light wood beamed ceiling and fan to compliment the air-conditioning. The double bed can be divided into two twin beds with bedside tables in between. The room is finished with quality furnishings with a fitted wardrobe, dressing table and chair.

The en-suite bathroom also includes a shower over a large bath. Bath robes, towels, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer are all also provided during your stay! All bedrooms boast their own air-conditioning should you wish to cool off the effect of warmer summer days. Note that this room can also be totally independent from the main house through the use of a lockable lobby area, and thus can benefit from its own separate entrance for total privacy, should this be required.

Studio Bedroom

The separate studio below the pool room is the latest addition to Villa Helios. A few steps down from the main terrace, you will discover this lovely studio, complete with its own inviting sun terrace and its own heated fun/spa/Jacuzzi pool. The terrace also boasts impressive views over the blue horizon. This is a perfect space to dine in, or relax on the loungers taking in the sun.

The vibrant, colourful studio is airy and spacious and has a modern and inviting feel. It includes a small ‘kitchen’ area complete with a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and crockery. Breakfast or any other ‘light’ meal, wine, cocktails or drinks can be prepared here, so you can enjoy them inside in the dining area, or out on the fantastic terrace.

A comfortable sofa serves as the perfect spot for you to relax, unwind, and take in the views through the doors. A step up will lead you to the bedroom area, complete with a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and a chair. The studio also boasts its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV and sound system. It includes its own en-suite bathroom, with a corner shower and wash basin. Bath robes, towels, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer are all also provided during your stay! All bedrooms boast their own air-conditioning should you wish to cool off the effect of warmer summer days.

Pool House

This inviting and comfortable space is another area that can serve as an extra living space as well as an extra bedroom for two, if this is required.  The sitting area includes a large sofa that can be utilised as an extra sofa-style. The Pool House includes a small fridge and a mini bar in the sideboard, fitted wardrobes, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bath robes, towels and slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer are all also provided during your stay! All bedrooms boast their own air-conditioning should you wish to cool off the effect of warmer summer days.

The pool house also boasts its own sound system and large flat-screen TV for your pleasure.  Mood lighting compliments the room, and the glass doors that fold open can merge the indoor and outdoor spaces in a sun-drenched and colourful ensemble. Villa Helios is set in a large private 4000sqm plot of well-tended gardens. The remarkable views and ambience can only be experienced as they are hard to describe and restrict in words. Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Alonissos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Alonissos.

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
