Getting around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Zante to its fullest potential.

During specific parts of the season, it may be difficult to find taxis, although you can still make use of them. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Zante. This will enable you to experience the diverse beauty permeating the whole island of Zakynthos, and discover its hideaways, magnificent contradictions and surprises.

Other things to Note

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law. During the following hours there should be no disturbing or excessive noise; coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, as per the current Greek law and taxation system, it is necessary to sign a short-term rental agreement. If this requirement is not satisfied, guests will be unable to check in.
• Utilising the finest materials, this villa has been refurbished and interior designed with care. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, any additional charges will be claimed.
• Upon request we can arrange for daily cleaning at an extra cost.
• Each of the 13 farmhouses at Villa Farma can be independently rented out due to its layout
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
