The Villa is available for you to enjoy while exploring one of the most world-renowned Greek islands sitting in the eastern part of the Aegean Archipelago: the island of Chios.
Interior
The Villa itself is a two-storey stone structure with wide walls as well as unique cruciform and arc ceilings. It was initially renovated in the 1980s and has been constantly updated to facilitate modern day living accommodation. The large living area is 150 square meters in total.

The ground floor includes two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen and a WC with shower facilities. There is also an auxiliary room accommodating the stairway.

The upper floor includes three bedrooms, a bathroom and an area used as office. The bedrooms have access to a traditional veranda. This outdoor space is ideal for relaxing, having a refreshing drink or enjoying a tasty summer meal.
Exterior
This traditional and unique holiday villa boasts a large 60sqm patio in its large garden. This includes a BBQ facility at its end, adjacent to the orange and tangerine grove that surrounds it. Next to the patio and at a lower level stands the large 72sqm swimming pool. By the pool, an outdoor bar, WC and storage room will also be at your disposal.

The property itself lies at the edge of the Kambos Valley which covers several hundred acres of orange groves. The area is world-renowned for producing the world’s finest tangerines, both in aroma and taste. It is located only a few kilometres from the City of Chios and is an area of outstanding beauty. The Kambos region is recognised as one of the most singularly unique cultural sites in Greece and its Aegean Archipelago.
Access
Guests will have complete access to all areas of the 15th Century Villa Kambos during their stay in Chios. This includes the garden and patio, as well as the swimming pool. You can relax indoors in the living room on the lush verandas, patios and sitting areas or by the pool at any time.
Host Availability
Choosing to spend your holidays at the 15th Century Villa Kambos in Chios is all about enjoying your vacation. A member of the family who owns the estate will be staying in a separate house within the grove.

They will be there to great you and help you with anything you may need throughout your stay. Since the family is from Chios, they will be at your disposal for any recommendations. Moreover, they would be more than happy to guide you through the attractions of the island free of charge. Please do not hesitate to ask!

During your stay, the host will be available if and when needed. We appreciate privacy and discretion as well-sought ingredients for relaxing and memorable holidays.
Important Notes

We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:

Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM

Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement; as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. If you do not satisfy this requirement, we will not allow you to check in as a guest.
This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed
No parties, events or large gatherings permitted.
Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor areas of the villa.
A range of services can also be arranged on request: daily cleaning and cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
