Boasting all modern indoor amenities, a landscaped garden with a private swimming pool that includes a hydro-massage system, as well as plenty of sitting areas outdoors, Villa Arleta is the perfect getaway to indulge in some seriously relaxed Cycladic summer living.

Interior

Tastefully interior and exterior designed Villa Arleta combines comfortable living with the fusion of modern yet also traditional local elements. The aim was to create a peaceful yet modern indoor space which blends serenely with the unique Cycladic landscape that defines Paros, especially the colours of the earth, rocks, sky and sea.

The living room includes a large sofa, a coffee table, a 40” flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and fuses with the open plan large dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities.

On the first floor of Villa Artleta one will find the master bedroom, that boast a walk-in-closet, an en-suite bathroom, ceiling fans and access to a private outdoor lounge area.

On the ground floor of Villa Arleta two more bedroom with double beds can accommodate another four guests. These bedrooms also have air-conditioning units installed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath-tub and a guest bathroom is also located on this floor.

Lastly, on the lower ground floor of Villa Arleta, there is an extra bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a an exercise room.

Exterior

The outdoor space is equally charming, boasting a landscaped garden with a private swimming pool, that also offers a hydro-massage facility. Moreover an outdoor dining area, lounge area and BBQ area are also available.

You could enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee, sipping cocktails or drinks in any of the comfy sitting areas your heart desires and simply make the most of the lovely views.

Whereabouts

Paros is a rare gem among the Cyclades islands. Its vast historical significance, its multi-layered cultural heritage, its astonishing and internationally revered beauty and the vast number of superb beaches it offers along with its renowned and vibrant nightlife and impeccable gastronomy make it one of the most visited islands in the Eastern Mediterranean. The Villa Arleta is a way to enjoy Paros in elegance, luxury and style.

Last but not least, the geographical location of the villa is one of the most scenic and colourful areas on the island of Paros. Close to the celebrated Punda Beach, one of the most organised beaches on the island, where there is an abundance of shops , bars and restaurants, and other more ‘local’ and peaceful smaller beaches, one could enjoy a large variety of choices.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the Villa Arleta during their stay on the island of Paros. This includes the large patio, the garden and the pool with the hydro-massage system.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement; as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The Villa has been refurbished with care utilising the finest materials. Because of the unique nature of the Villa and its contents, we expect you to respect it accordingly. Thus, notify the owner if any damage occurs. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, any additional charges will be claimed.
• No parties, events or large gatherings permitted.
• Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor areas of the Villa.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: daily cleaning and cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
