Villa Anna is a uniquely large, impeccably designed/equipped, and very comfortable 330sqm villa in a very sought-after location in Mykonos, with spectacular views across the Aegean Sea, even from its infinity pool. It is positioned literally a stone’s throw away from three of the island’s most fantastic beaches: Agia Anna, Kalafatis and Kalo Livadi.

Villa Anna boasts a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms across the main house and 4 stylish suites. Its lush 1000sqm. garden is a treat in its own right, and it also includes a whopping 45sqm. swimming pool.  Villa Anna can accommodate up to 14 guests, in a setting that is also intelligently designed to offer privacy, autonomy and independence when needed. This makes Villa Anna a fantastic choice in terms of accommodating families or large groups of friends. The sizeable living room, reception and dining room, as well as the multitude of outdoor covered and open terraces, the pool area & the private garden allow plenty of room for all guests to have the benefit of enjoying their privacy, peace and quiet if they choose so, as well as being large enough for all guests to come together in absolute comfort when they wish to do so.

Interior

This unique holiday accommodation has been tastefully interior-designed fusing modern and classical elements, mostly in white and soft relaxing colour tones. The aim was for you to enjoy your stay in full comfort, while having anything you may need handy. All modern amenities are included across its 7 bedrooms and 7 en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite bathrooms include a hairdryer and towels. The bedrooms boast ample wardrobe space, a bedside lamp and superior quality bed linen. The mattresses are all COCO-MAT, and of exceptional quality.  Last but not least, all bedrooms boast their own flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and air-conditioning.

One part of the main villa includes the large kitchen, fully equipped with all modern amenities (including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and glasses for outdoor use, an iron plus an ironing board, First Aid Kit and pool towels) and an impressive indoor dining room. This, in turn, opens onto a complimentary outdoor covered terrace dining area, as well as a large sun terrace, with further alfresco dining, seating, and sunbathing terraces. All these areas boast superb panoramic views across the bay and out towards the Aegean Sea.

The Suites

The 4 independent suites have been designed to offer autonomy and privacy, while being fully accessible at the same time. Sized between 30 and 45sqm, each includes its own kitchenette and bathroom, with the same full amenities offered as in the main villa. Satellite TV and free Wifi are also available in each.

Exterior

The outdoor spaces of Villa Anna are as immaculately designed as the interior. A large 45sqm pool (shallow end 0.80m, deep end 2.80m) is included for you pleasure, with 10 sun loungers strategically positioned around it. There is an external shower by the pool and several private sitting, dining and chilling spaces including sun-drenched and shaded spots to cover all tastes. Shaded, sunny and indoor dining spaces are all available to provide flexibility in using any area you well please, depending on the weather and your own mood. There are even 2 extra sun loungers on the independent terraces of each of the suites.

Surrounding the villa, there is fencing and low walls around the 1000sqm spacious garden, which provides ample space for anything you desire. A private parking for 4-6 cars depending on size, is included.

Whereabouts

The locationof the villa is superb, as anyone that is well acquainted with Mykonos will confirm. There is full and quick access by foot to 3 of the most fantastic beaches on the island. Agia Anna, at about 300m from the villa, is a fully serviced beach with a number of restaurants & tavernas on-site. Kalafatis beach at approximately 450m is also a fantastic serviced beach which includes choices for nibbling and dining. It is extremely popular among water sports enthusiasts and includes a water sports centre. Kalo Livadi beach at about 600m is one of the most visited fine beaches in Mykonos, a true jewel. To top it all off, the notable Italian restaurant ‘L’aragosta’ is also approximately 300m from Villa Anna.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all interior and exterior spaces of the villa during their stay in Mykonos.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season.In general, enjoying full travel independance either way, is a known ingedient in order to have a fantstic time in Mykonos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). A short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
