Villa Astalia is an exceptionally designed 190sqm. 4-bedroom holiday villa in Kanalia Mykonos, boasting access through a short walk path to a private beach, among other spectacular features.  You will enjoy magnificent views across the Aegean Sea and towards the island of Delos & Tinos, a uniquely charming view of the sunset itself, and an infinity pool. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms, 2 of which include their own en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms boast their own air-conditioning system.

More features included for your own full comfort include the large verandas, outdoor sitting spaces by the pool covered by a pergola, the reclining sun loungers and free WiFi, among other things.

Interior

The villa has been elegantly furnished and interior-designed to a high standard utilising soft colours and natural textures and materials like bamboo, stone & wood. The design follows minimal, modern lines with rustique elements. Villa Astalia boasts two living rooms, one on each floor.

In the upper level, you will find a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Views from the massive windows around the dining area offer magnificent views of the sea and the sunset, so you can wine & dine in a spectacularly surreal setting at sunset and throughout the day. The living and dining rooms both lead on to a spacious veranda with a built-in seating area overlooking the sea.

In the lower level, you will find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms, one more bathroom and the second living room. All connected to the spacious outdoor area by the pool, with infinite uninterrupted views of the sea beyond, complete with sun loungers and pergola covered dining & seating areas.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout all the interior and exterior spaces.

Exterior

This spectacular holiday villa offers an abundance of choices when it comes to sitting, relaxing and dining outdoor spaces. The surrounding outdoor space artfully fuses premium style & design with minimal green vegetation, natural elements and comfort.

Outdoor areas and sitting spaces offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea, the charming rocky shores and area around the villa, the islands of Tinos & Delos, the large infinity pool as well as the sunset, which is bound to impress and mesmerise you every day of your stay.

The main outdoor chilling spaces are all covered by a pergola, as is the balcony area on the first floor, to offer shade and comfort. These areas will leave you spoilt for choice whether you are seeking to relax outdoors and enjoy your coffee, breakfast or some wine or cocktails, along with your meals, while enjoying views of the sunset across the sea, as well as the pool.

Whereabouts

Villa Astalia is situated in Ano Diakoftis, only 4km from Mykonos town. It is strategically positioned close to Town, to the famous Ornos and Platis Yialos beaches, as well as Psarrou beach, where you will find the internationally renowned Nammos beachside Bar & Restaurant. Restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are all located just a short 3min. drive from the villa.

Its location is convenient as the distance from the Town and Port is far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of these busy areas but close enough to reach in a few minutes.

Mykonos generally offers such a fantastic abundance of places to visit & enjoy, that it is a challenge to start listing them all here. The prime thing to note however, is that distances are almost never that long, and getting to even the furthest places on the island should not take too long a journey.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the villa during their stay. This includes the large patio, and the pool.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors in the living room, or on the large outdoor area, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Mykonos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Mykonos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). A short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
