Villa Aja is actually the combination of Villa Ophelia and Villa Samma that can be rented out as one vacation villa rental. The villas are equipped with high-end technology and stylish Mediterranean furniture, creating an atmosphere of a summer paradise. The property is only a 5-minute drive from Antiparos port, located in Chora, making it convenient to explore the entire island.

Interiors

The interiors and the layout of both the villas are nearly identical, as they both spread out over three levels.

On the ground floor of both villas there is an open plan kitchen, a dining area, a living room and they both have access to to one of the private swimming pools. The only difference found on the ground floor is that one of the villas has a bedroom and a bathroom available on this level.

The top level in both villas has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. And on the lower ground level of both villas there are 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.

Exterior

The outdoor spaces of this Antiparos vacation villa will leave you spoilt with choices. Within the 1,180sq.m. private garden, there are two 30sqm. pools (8m x 3.7m each) and a 120sqm pool deck around each pool. Furthermore, Villa Aja offers its guests a two covered outdoor areas with a dining area, sitting area and lounge area(60sq.m. each) and covered parking for 6 cars.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). As per current Greek law under the Greek taxation system, you must sign a short-term rental agreement. Guests who do not satisfy this requirement will not be able to check in.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges.If the deposit held does not cover them, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
