Villa Leo is a tastefully designed holiday villa in Aleomandra, Mykonos boasting spectacular views across the Aegean Sea and towards the island of Naxos, a lovely lush green garden, a large infinity swimming pool, and is located only 80m from the seashore. It is important to note that its location, on the south of the island (Aleomandra), as well as its positioning, ‘protect’ it from the strong northern winds that often occur on Mykonos.

Villa Leo can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests in its 5 bedrooms, all of which include their own en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. Living quarters generally include the 3-bedroom main villa, as well as two guest houses by the infinity pool.

More features included for your own full comfort include the wonderful garden, the large verandas, the pool house complete with its own kitchenette, outdoor sitting spaces & dining area by the pool covered by a pergola, the reclining chairs, umbrellas, satellite TV in the main house, and 4 parking spaces, among other things.

Interior

The villa has been furnished and interior-designed to a high standard. The design follows minimal, modern lines, employing soft relaxing colours and materials. As noted previously, Villa Leo consists of 5 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are located in the main house, on the ground floor and the first floor, and 2 in guest houses which sit adjacent to the pool. One of the guest houses includes a sofa which can be converted to a double bed for 1-2 children.

The spacious living room boasts its own fireplace, large dining table and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. All bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Free satellite TV is also available in the main house, and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout all the interior and exterior spaces.

Exterior

Villa Leo offers an abundance of choices when it comes to sitting, relaxing and dining outdoor spaces. Its lovely spacious verandas offer views of the Aegean Sea, the garden and the large infinity pool. The pool house, complete with its own kitchenette and covered dining area, are an added bonus for your convenience.

The main outdoor living space is fully covered by a pergola to offer shade and comfort. These areas will leave you spoilt for choice whether you are seeking to relax outdoors and enjoy your coffee, breakfast or some wine or cocktails, along with your meals, while enjoying views of the pool and garden, alongside the splendid views towards the sea and cape beyond, offered by Villa Leo.

Whereabouts

Villa Leo is situated on the south of the island, in the area of Aleomandra, and is strategically positioned between Mykonos Town and Ornos beach, its location is convenient as the distance from the Town and Port is far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of these busy areas but close enough to reach in less than 10 minutes. Aleomandra is considered by many as one of the prime locations for a villa in Mykonos. Villa Alea is also positioned only 80m from the seaside and in such a way that allows it to be protected from the strong northern winds that often blow on Mykonos.

The beaches nearest to Villa Leo are Ornos, Ai-Yiannis (St John), Glyfadi , and Psarrou, where you will find the internationally renowned Nammos beachside Bar & Restaurant.  Mykonos generally offers such a fantastic abundance of places to visit & enjoy, that it is a challenge to start listing them all here. The prime thing to note however, is that distances are almost never that long, and getting to even the furthest places on the island should not take too long a journey.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of Villa Leo during their stay in Aleomandra, Mykonos. This includes the large patio, the garden and the pool. You can therefore choose to relax indoors in the living room, or on the large outdoor area, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Mykonos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Mykonos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). A short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
