Villa Erietta is a newly built 120 sqm 3-bedroom holiday villa boasting amazing views and a private swimming pool, that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Interiors

It includes a room with a built-in bed 180 cm wide and two rooms with beds 160 cm wide. Each room has its own bathroom, which is equipped with a hair dryer and a set of high-quality body and hair products from the Greek company Zealots. You can enjoy your sleep and rest on the top-quality mattresses of the well-known, award-winning company Coco-Mat. The villa is also equipped with Smart TVs in all rooms and the lounge, where you can sign in to your personal Netflix account.

The luxurious furniture and the careful selection of fabrics in curtains and sofas highlight the feeling of grandeur combined with comfort and relaxation.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, kettle and full set of crockery and glasses. In addition, the villa has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, smoke detector, fire extinguishers, safe box and surveillance camera on the public road at the entrance, providing maximum security and comfort. Finally, all rooms have air conditioning, while access to wireless network (Wi-fi) and the state-of-the-art  wireless sound system SONOS are provided.

Exterior

The villa has its own entrance and parking, while the comfortable outdoor area is complemented by the impressive private pool, two beautiful living areas covered with a pergola and a built-in barbecue.

The sea view in combination with the green Mediterranean environment is unique and you can enjoy it continuously from anywhere in the accommodation.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all interior and exterior spaces of this villa, during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort and privacy, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Skopelos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Skopelos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
